Is TopLiners Club a registered travel agency?

Yes, TopLiners Club, under the registration of TopLiners Pte Ltd, is a full-fledged travel agency that is registered with the Singapore Tourism Board (TA license no. TA03017).

I am not a resident of Singapore. Can I join your tours?

Yes, you are most welcomed to sign up as our tours are opened to all participants around the world.

I've made an enquiry. When would I expect a reply?

We would normally get back to you within 24 hours, and at most times it should be shorter than that.

Can I cancel or modify a reservation after I booked?

Yes. However, this is dependent on the availability of the accommodation, activity or experience as well as their cancellation policy stated. We will try our best to accommodate your request – kindly contact us via the contact form.

Who can I contact or seek assistance from once I am at my travel destination?

Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with the necessary accommodation or service provider’s contact details so you can liaise directly with them.

Do your tours include international return air-fares?

No, our tours typically start at the arriving airport, and similarly concludes at the airport of international departure.

How do I confirm a booking and make payment for a tour?

In order for us to better understand your request and to assist you expeditiously, we request that you fill up our official enquiry form by clicking here.

After submitting the form, please sit back and a travel designer should be in touch with you shortly to work with you on your request.  Payment can be made via cash, cheque or funds transfer and your travel designer will be able to advise you on the details.

Will I receive a confirmation upon my payment?

Yes, Once the payment transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email shortly, which will included an invoice and receipt for your amount paid.

Can I cancel or modify a reservation after I booked?

Yes. However, this is dependent on the availability of the accommodation, activity or experience as well as their cancellation policy stated. We will try our best to accommodate your request – kindly contact us via the contact form.

However, there may be situations where a sudden increase in fees or government levies may arise, which is not in our control.  In such circumstances, we will endeavour to communicate this to our guest(s) as soon as possible and a slight increase in the tour price would be expected.
